House Rules

• No smoking

• No pets

• No parties or events

• Check-in time is 3pm - 7pm

• Check out by 11am

• No additional guests or visitors

• 2 cars maximum

You must also acknowledge the following before booking:

• We have two very friendly dogs

• There is church bellringing next door on Wednesdays 7-9pm

• You must be able to climb stairs; there is one flight of stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms

• All damages must be paid for

• Some spaces are shared with our family e.g. the shared driveway and outside space
